Thank you
If your payment was completed, your receipt comes from our payment provider by email, and your star map PDF will be sent to the same address — usually within a few minutes.
The map is computer-generated from public sky data for the date and place you entered. If you left time blank, we used 10:00 PM local.
One free caption change: within 24 hours after payment, reply to the delivery email with a new caption. We regenerate with the same date and place. After that, further edits are not included.
If the page says the payment failed, nothing was charged. Questions or no email after an hour: starmappdf@mail.grokbot.com (include your payment ID).
