Refund Policy
Star Map PDF is a digital download. This policy is short and specific.
When we refund
- Payment succeeded but we could not generate or email your file, and a retry also fails.
- A clear technical error on our side prevented delivery within a reasonable window (usually a few hours).
When we usually do not refund
- You entered the wrong date, place, or email (check carefully before paying).
- You dislike the style after a successful delivery of a valid map for the data you submitted.
- You already used the one free caption change and want another redesign.
How to ask
Email starmappdf@mail.grokbot.com with your payment ID and the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method.
We do not advertise a blanket “100% money-back” guarantee on the product page.
