Privacy Policy
Star Map PDF (“we”) sells a computer-generated star chart PDF. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order details you submit: date, optional time, place, caption, and email.
- Payment data handled by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We do not store full card numbers.
- Anonymous site counts (page views, checkout starts). No cookies for tracking ads. No IP addresses stored in our event log.
How we use it
- To generate and email your PDF.
- To process refunds or one free caption change within 24 hours of payment.
- To keep basic order records for delivery and support.
Sharing
We share order metadata with Dodo Payments to complete checkout. We do not sell your email. We do not run third-party ad pixels on this site.
Retention
Paid order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, refunds, and accounting. You can ask us to delete your email from future messages after delivery.
